Delivery is available throughout the Delaware Valley
We will also deliver to New York, Central and Northern New Jersey as well as Delaware.
Charges are based on distance from our Doylestown warehouse.

Pick Up:

You may pick up your purchase during our normal business hours. It' always a good idea to call ahead if picking up larger items.

Return Policy:

Returns are for Store Credit and subject to the following:

the item was in stock when purchased.
must be in the same condition as when it left the store.
must be returned within 3 days of purchase

The following are not returnable:

special orders
custom finished items
modified items (special size, holes drilled, flushed sides, etc.)
clearance priced items
delivery charges

Delivery Policy

Groff's will schedule delivery and give 2-3 hour delivery window. Every effort will be made to arrive within this time period.
Delivery is to the main floor of the home. Upstairs or basement delivery can be requested for an additional fee.
Prior to your delivery please have access and delivery area cleared.
Delivery personnel can not relocate existing furniture nor move items to enable access.
It is the customers responsibility to assure furniture will fit into desired area and accommodate intended use.
Your furniture purchase will be placed in the area requested. We do not attach items to the walls, set-up is included except by prior arrangement for an additional fee.
If you are not home during scheduled delivery time a second delivery fee will be charged.

Pick Up Policy

Many items are uncartoned. The customer is responsible for providing padding and tie down supplies to secure their load.
Whenever possible we will assist with loading your purchase, however we assume no liability for damages incurred in transit once it leaves our facility.
Please have your vehicle ready to accommodate your purchase before arriving at our location.

Sales tax

PA sales tax from our location is 6%. Sales tax for merchandise delivered to PA locations will be assessed at local rate for delivery address.
